As a psychologist, I go deeper than communication frameworks and delegation systems. We identify the core beliefs, thought patterns, and belief systems that influence how you process and make decisions both professionally and interpersonally. My doctoral research on shame and self-esteem in Chinese American families directly informs this work.
This is not therapy. Executive coaching is focused on performance, leadership, and professional development. Sessions are $650 for 45 minutes, may be tax-deductible as a business expense, and many companies cover executive coaching as a professional development benefit.
