If you feel drawn to my work and are ready to begin, you're welcome to schedule an initial session. I do not offer brief consultation calls. In my experience, the most meaningful way to determine fit is through the therapy process itself. The first few meetings allow us to explore your concerns, goals, and whether working together feels like a good match.

Weekly therapy is essential to the deep structural change work that I do. Because I'm committing to your healing journey, I expect clients to attend sessions once per week (excluding holidays and pre-scheduled time off).

This consistent rhythm allows us to build the kind of therapeutic relationship where real change happens. It's how we reshape longstanding relational patterns and create new ways of relating to yourself and others, down to the neurological pathway response level (fight, flight, and freeze).

For Executive Coaching Inquiries

If you're reaching out about executive coaching rather than therapy, please mention that in your message. The first session will allow us to explore your goals and whether coaching is the right fit.
